I live in tennessee and was recently arrested.?
The arresting officer wrote in his affidavit that i had 15 grams of marijuana instead of the actual five really had in my possession. He all so turned in less pills than i had in possession as well (keeping some for his own needs i presume). I asked for a copy of this bogus affidavit while i was in court.I plead guilty to lesser charges. I decided to take the risk of filing a complain of misconduct to his supervisor who discovered that the affidavit the officer turned in to his dept had been "am mended" by scratching out the number 15 and changing it to a seven. Of course the court never received this am mended copy and i was being charged w a felony instead of a misdemeanor. I have copy's of both affidavits. My fine was a bit excessive (3,380) i think. I all so had 2 hydro, one Zanax and seven ambien (wwhichactually wwe rentmine but in my ppossessionso crud). An aaggravatedassault charge was on the initial report but that charge was dropped by the people who made it up. I was basically snitched on for just being a pot smoker and now i feel like jon von jon. Can i use this new evidence to get my charges dropped even though i plead guilty all ready
