Im curious,should a home care aide go around to the neighbors and snitch to?

them about what goes on in her clients home? it seems that the aide we have for my alzheimered father is doing just that,if i do something she doesnt like its automatically broadcasted to my neighbor and i hear it from her and get a tounge lashing.should i report her doings to the agency she works for?
